All horses/ponies/travel companions must have up to date vaccinations.
By making an entry or payment to any of our shows/hires, you are agreeing to our T&Cs.
With your booking you acknowledge that you are taking part in a risk sport and that you are a competent rider at the level you are entering.
The show organisers have the right to cancel any, part of, or an entire show. Show organisers reserve the right to refuse entries without assigning a reason.
Windmill Farm Equestrian Centre, nor their officials, show organisers and agents cannot be held responsible for any accidents, theft, loss or damage, how so ever caused, arising out of or at the show.
Correct and safe dress must be worn at all times. Protective headgear must be worn at all times when mounted on any part of the showground. It is the duty of riders and in the interest of safety, to ensure that their headgear provides proper protection, is correctly fitted and remains in place.
Dogs must be on a lead at all times.
All owners and riders (where applicable, parents or guardians) of horses/ponies competing in any event shall be subject to the Rules & Regulations of British Dressage.
No unauthorised persons shall enter the competition or collecting rings.
In the event of entries carried over or transferred, all show credit or held entries must be reused within 3 months of the original show date, for the same discipline as the original entry. Any credit or entries not used will be forfeited after this time.
Please note that if shows are busy, we may restrict entries and close classes.
All unaccompanied competitors must provide the Show Organiser with a contact telephone number in case of an emergency.
Unaffiliated competitions will be run in accordance with the BD Rule Book.
Horses should not be left unattended.
Please pick up droppings and clear up any hay dropped onto the car park.
The judges’ decision is final.
Withdrawals/Refunds
Refunds only if accompanied by a Vets note. No transfer of entries
